We also stopped in Hooti Couture on 321 Flatbush Ave right next door to The new Brooklyn Nets Stadium Jay Z is building. The clothes are vintage, chic,affordable and you know how you go to a vintage store and you don’t like everything you see, but here at Hooti Couture you will love everything the staff,clothes accessories, everything.
